As an important part of this initiative, a group of activities is scheduled for March 2022, at Lusófona University of Porto (ULP):

1. lecture “Offshore Wind Structures: dynamics and earthquake aspects”;
2. advanced course “Soil Dynamics and Engineering Applications”

Geotechnical Earthquake Engineering;

Ground Vibration from railways.

These events involve the participation and coordination of Professor Amir Kaynia (NTNU) and Dr. Brian Carlton (NGI), seeking for the interest of students, researchers, teachers and professionals working in the thematic areas of geotechnics and railways.

More details will be released soon, namely regarding the registration process, either in the lecture or in the advanced course.
