Welcome to our website!

This project (Geodynamics and vibrations induced by trains – FBR_OC1_71_COFAC) is based on the exchange of experiences (knowledge and skills) regarding soil dynamics, namely in the context of vibrations generated by rail traffic.

A group of different activities is planned under the context of this bilateral initiative, namely: a conference (ULP), a two-day course (ULP) and several lectures (ULP and NGI).

The project is funded by EEA Grants Portugal (Fund for Bilateral Relations) as a partnership between Lusófona University of Porto (ULP) and Norwegian Geotechnical Institute (NGI).
